This Tender is to establish a Single Source Framework of ACM Consultancy Services to whom specific contracts may be awarded on an exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement.
The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the award of the initial contract for the Asbestos Removal to Existing Laboratories in the Kane Science Building. The Initial contract comprises the removal of ACM Insulation to Physics Laboratory 203 and Chemistry Laboratories 126, 219, 220,221/222 & 223.

Description of the procurement

The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the award of the initial contract for the Asbestos Removal to Existing Laboratories in the Kane Science Building. This competition is conducted using an open procedure with a qualitive assessment. Any appointment to a framework will be determined by virtue of a test to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders (“MEAT”), following a qualification stage. The tenderer with the top score under the MEAT criteria will be appointed to the framework contingent on the tenderer achieving the minimum required standard.
