Short description

The framework relates principally to the discharge of the EPA’s responsibilities under the Pollutant Release and Transfer Register Regulations 2011. The scope of the work under this contract includes all of the EPA’s responsibilities as set out in the Regulations.
The framework also relates to the discharge of the EPA’s responsibilities for reporting data on large combustion plant (LCP) under article 72 of the Industrial Emissions Directive.
Both the PRTR and LCP datasets are gathered electronically using the single Environmental Performance Reporting (EPR) portal that is accessible by all persons and organisations who are obligated for PRTR and LCP reporting.
The EPA requires one competent person to work full-time as an integrated member of the existing PRTR team.
