The MMUH is conducting a PQQ from interested parties for a turn key fit out of 3 wards.

Short description

The turn key fit out of 3 wards (1585 m2 approx each). Each ward contains 24 lobbied single rooms which are a mixture of Naturally Ventilated, PPVL and Negative Pressure rooms. Same are to be located on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors on the new Infectious Diseases ward block on the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital campus.
The 3 no floors will be handed over as shell and core and the scope of work will include all works required to hand back the wards in a turn key condition. This will include all erecting all partiton walls, fire stopping, installation of en-suites, creation of UPS rooms, server rooms ,ward pantries, store rooms and all electrical and mechanical works to create PPVL and negative pressure isolation rooms to a HBN 04 Supplement 1.
