The IPA’s headquarters are comprised of six [6] Victorian houses and a purpose- built Training Centre which includes a basement plant room.
The IPA’s Secondary premises at Clonskeagh is comprised of a prefabricated construction.
The Clonskeagh site is the IPA’s Secondary premises in a separate location.
The framework included both scheduled services and call out cover in the event of urgent unscheduled requirements. Critical events will demand a four-hour maximum response time.

Description of the procurement

The overall scope of the framework was to provide comprehensive cleaning
services, on both a planned and reactive basis, to the IPA’s headquarter premises at 47-51, 55, and 57-61 Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4, and its secondary premises at
Vergemount Hall, Clonskeagh, Dublin for a period of up to four [4] years duration.
The IPA’s headquarters are comprised of five [5] Victorian houses and a purpose- built Training Centre which includes a basement plant room.

The competition is hereby cancelled due to the continuing changing environment presented to us by the Covid-19 pandemic and our ability to accurately quantify and specify our precise training delivery needs for the coming years in this constantly changing environment. A new procurement reflecting a more up-to-date approach will be published shortly.
