Short description
LOT 1: Digital Agency for B2C
The focus of the Digital agency will be to lead Fáilte Ireland on its continued journey to deliver a truly world-class digital experience for visitors to our owned channels arriving through owned, earned and paid sources.
The expected services the Digital Agency should provide will be principally:
• Digital Thought Leadership and Consultancy
• Omni-channel Content Planning, Development, Curation and Implementation
• Social Media Community Management
• Analytics, Measurement and Evaluation, Reporting

Fáilte Ireland want to appoint a dedicated B2B Digital Agency to partner with Fáilte Ireland in the mapping and delivery of all digital requirements for all our stakeholders. Fáilte Ireland is looking to implement a future facing digital strategy culminating in the transformation of its B2B Digital Eco System over the next few years.

LOT 1: Digital Agency for B2C
Fáilte Ireland has developed a new B2C Digital Ecosystem over the last 24 months, resulting in a new visitor-first streamlined and future proofed ecosystem. Fáilte Ireland now wants to appoint a single agency that will be responsible for the development and optimisation of holistic digital experiences, informed by data analytics and insights from owned channels as well as the wider Digital Ecosystem. The focus of the Digital agency will be to lead Fáilte Ireland on its continued journey to deliver a truly world-class digital experience for visitors to our owned channels arriving through owned, earned and paid sources.
The expected services the Digital Agency should provide will be principally:
• Digital Thought Leadership and Consultancy

LOT 2: Digital Agency for B2B
Fáilte Ireland want to appoint a dedicated B2B Digital Agency to partner with Fáilte Ireland in the mapping and delivery of all digital requirements for all our stakeholders. Fáilte Ireland is looking to implement a future facing digital strategy culminating in the transformation of its B2B Digital Eco System over the next few years. The objective is to develop a fully integrated and streamlined digital footprint based on best practice digital principles to achieve more efficient and aligned workflows and processes, leading to smarter resource and operational efficiencies and a better experience for all stakeholders.
The agency will also be expected to deliver all omni-channel content and delivery across appropriate media channels.
Key stakeholders are:
• Domestic Industry/Tourism Businesses – Up to 15,000 individual businesses from micro, to small, to medium to a few large tourism businesses
• International Industry Partners – international conference and meeting organiser, international tourism businesses
• Government Departments and other governing bodies
• Sectoral Bodies – such as the Irish Hotel’s Federation, AVEA, and other Industry representative bodies
• Domestic Media – press, TV, radio and digital
