Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Team - Provide detailed design, procurement services, contract supervision/administration, PSDP and other related services for the re-development of a derelict site adjacent to, and partially within, the Slaney estuary. Development features include new sea wall, pedestrian bridge over water, a marina, site remediation, bulk filling, site services, public realm development, minor building works and other associated works. The development will be carried out in phases, with multiple construction contracts being procured.
