Short description

The project proposes the demolition of the existing covered terrace stand along the western side-line of the existing pitch at St. Conleth’s Park and the construction of a new 2 storey, 1840 sq. metres, 2,663 seated covered stand to include at ground floor level - player and officials’ welfare and changing facilities, administration offices, public toilets, plant room and refreshment kiosks and at 1st floor level – a premium multi-purpose area consisting of meeting, conference, training and leisure facilities with toilets and modest kitchen facilities.
It includes the demolition of the existing clubhouse and changing rooms together with modifications to the entrance gates and boundary to create a new entrance plaza with a tickets sales area and turnstiles.
Modification to external hard and soft landscaping, and alteration to existing boundary treatment.

Description of the procurement
