The Platform will allow the Group of companies to create (either off the shelf or custom), distribute, and record completion of training courses in the areas of Data Protection, Phishing, PCI Compliance and other information security areas, and also allow the Group of companies to distribute and record acceptance of a range of Policies on an annual basis.

Description of the procurement

CIÉ and its subsidiary operating companies wish to procure an off the shelf training and policy compliance Platform. The Platform will allow the Group of companies to create (either off the shelf or custom), distribute, and record completion of training courses in the areas of Data Protection, Phishing, PCI Compliance and other information security areas, and also allow the Group of companies to distribute and record acceptance of a range of Policies on an annual basis. The proposed system should, at a minimum:
• Be cloud based SaaS and accessible via any device at any time.
• Data hosted within the EEA.
• Be easy to use with minimum training required.
• Allow for multilevel permissions.
• Be highly secure with up to date security features (including Multi-Factor Authentication).
• Have a high level of built in reporting at individual, team, business unit and organisational level.
• Be capable of handling up to 5,000 users, completely segregated at operating company level.
• Allow for the migration of data from the existing system.
