The existing road surface which is a mix of Concrete/ Asphalt/ Concrete with Asphalt overlay is to be removed and replaced with a new Asphalt surface over bitumen base and road base course with regulation of the sub grade.
Removal of existing and replacement of all footpath and kerbing as noted on the drawings.
Provision of new cycle lane to parts of the Business Park.
Removal in part and upgrade of foul and surface water infrastructure.
Removal and replacement of existing asbestos watermain with new watermain throughout the park complete with all fixtures and fittings, values and chambers.
Localised replace and replacement of utility and service chamber frames and covers, ducting and public lighting.
Associated accommodation works and retaining structures to facilitate the new construction elements.
The full scope of the Works and the obligations of the Contractor are to be ascertained by reference to the Contract Documents and Drawings as a whole.
