The Contracting Authority is seeking an innovative service partner who can provide a process driven, proactive, Managed Service that is flexible enough to integrate with its existing requirements while operating to the highest standards and facilitating future developments.
The service provider will be expected to provide an IT Service Desk, On-site deskside support, subject matter expertise support and service management operated under a single managed service.
