• Appearance in District, Circuit and Higher Courts to deal with complex and sensitive applications to protect minors including domestic violence and criminal matter;
• Advising Tusla on complex and sensitive childcare cases
• Advising on regulatory issues, risk management and codes of conduct
• Brussels II bis Regulation and Hague Convention related matters
• Prosecutions on behalf of Tusla including in the area of Educational Welfare Services and Early Years Services
