Description of the procurement
Application of Design Thinking interventions to fulfil a range of strategic assignments. Strategic assignments can range in their aims but will be focused upon any area of activity of a national enterprise agency, including optimising the development and delivery of initiatives to achieved Fáilte Ireland’s strategy and related challenges organisational excellence.
Assignments must utilise robust application of design-thinking principles using a range of innovative delivery methods including but not limited to:
1. On site and remote workshops
2. Conference calls/video sessions with individuals and groups who may be geographically disparate or who require sessions to be delivery remotely without impacting on the effectiveness of the sessions
3. Other innovative and imaginative methods to deliver projects which may be suggested by the tenderer
4. Flexible and agile sessions through both face to face/on site sessions and also if required, through online platforms using remote facilitation tools and techniques capable of delivering the same quality of outputs onsite sessions are not possible due to circumstances
5. Provision a process and procedure documentation service to ensure that workshop/session outcomes are documented and implemented

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
The contracting authority will not conclude this contract to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Irish Statutory Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification of concerned candidates and tenderers. The duration of the standstill period will be 14 calendar days where notifications are sent electronically or by fax and 16 calendar days where these are sent by any other means. The statutory instrument mentioned above provides that review procedures are available in the High Court to a person who has or has had an interest in obtaining the contract and alleges that he or she has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed by an infringement of the law in relation to that contract.
