Main site or place of performance:
Cork City
Cork City Council (the “Client”) wish to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Landscape Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Design and Project Management Team for the design and delivery of Marina Park Phase 2.
Marina Park is located east of Cork City centre, with much of the site situated on reclaimed land along the southern shore of the River Lee. It adjoins the South Docklands area.
The scope of work includes all Stages: (i) Preliminary, (ii) Design, (iii) Tender Action, Evaluation & Award, (iv) Construction and (v) Handover of Works.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
