BOS legislation and is carefully aligned to and fully integrated with the contracting
authority's existing administration; to administer the BOS for an agreed period
of time, including management of the biofuel obligation accounts, providing
statements of account to biofuel account holders and product supply traceability
audits; to carry out all of the functions required of the contracting authority to
operate the BOS online system or other such system that may be used as an
alternative; and to provide all other services relating to duties and obligations
of the contracting authority
in respect of a Biofuels Obligation Scheme ("BOS"), including and without
