Enterprise Ireland intends to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of evaluation services to undertake expert evaluations of training and other development programmes delivered by the Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs). In addition to the initial contract, the framework agreement may also be used for evaluations of other programmes as required by the Enterprise Ireland LEO Centre of Excellence and/or the LEO Network.
