An outline of the services the successful consultant may be asked to provide includes (but is not limited to) the following:
• Undertake the roles of PSDP and PSCS as required.
• Prepare, develop and review risk assessments.
• Carry out safety reports.
• Carry out asbestos survey and reports and provide asbestos cert of reoccupation.
• Carry out air and acoustic tests.
• Investigation of on-site accidents.
