Short description
This is a call to competition by AN POST for the provision of fit out services for a new Head Quarters Building in Dublin City (referred to below as the Site) (the “Contract”). An Post intends to procure a contract for the fit out of the category B new office fit-out, c. 100,000 sq., ft. (Net Internal Floor Area) over 6 floors and ancillary spaces including basement and ground floor spaces at the building . The building will be finished to a “ shell and core with Category A fit-out, and this contract will include the Category B fit out.
The Contracting Entity intends to complete the fit out as a leading example of sustainable and innovative office accommodation. The fit out will deliver efficient layouts, high quality working environments for the occupants and energy saving measures including minimum environmental ratings of LEED Gold v4 minimum, and that the fit-out will be done in a safe manner.
