The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for up to four (4) additional periods of up to twelve (12) months each on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. The total period of any extensions shall not exceed 24 months in total. Therefore it is not expected that the Term will exceed nine (9) years in aggregate.
