Short description

Tipperary Education and Training Board (the Contracting Authority) wishes to expand its Further Education & Training (FET) programmes in Nenagh town centre Co. Tipperary. To achieve this objective, it is proposed to lease suitable building facilities, which can accommodate the brief requirements as specified in this notice. The Contracting Authority is now seeking expressions of interest from economic operators who wish to propose solutions to provide suitable facilities to meet this objective. The economic operators will be required to identify and secure a suitable site/building, design, build, finance, operate and maintain the completed FET facilities. Further information is contained within the available Project Information Memorandum / Pre-Qualification Questionnaire documents attached to this notice.

Tipperary Education and Training Board (the Contracting Authority) wishes to expand its Further Education & Training (FET) programmes in Nenagh town centre Co. Tipperary.
