Description of the procurement

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin has awarded a contract for the provision of Lead Advisory Services relating to the Trinity @ Grand Canal Quay (T@GCQ) project.
Savills Commercial (Ireland) Ltd have been awarded the contract to provide Lead Advisory Services consisting of eight (8) key deliverables. In addition to providing advisory expertise and services, the Lead Advisor also provides a Project Director who is seconded for the duration of the pre-development phase.
