Client Representative Services including Employers Representative / Employers Agent (Technical) / Employers Agent (Financial) for Connaught Street, Phibsboro, Dublin 7 and for the establishment of a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Focus Housing Association.
The full Client's Representative Services include:
- Employer's Representative under the Design and Build Contract with responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the Contract throughout.
- Project Management support to Focus Housing Association managing the project.
-Act as Employers Agent (Technical) to provide Technical/Engineers advice, support and certification to Focus Housing Association
-Act as Employer's Agent (Financial) to provide Contract and Cost Management support formalities to Focus Housing Association including negotiating and managing certified payments, Change Orders and overall Final Account, etc.
The full Client's Representative Services include:
