daa wishes to put in place a bespoke non-exclusive Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified Design and Build Contractor to act on behalf of daa in carrying out the design and build works associated with Rehabilitation of Runway 16/34 at Cork Airport, and other associated works as required by daa as described in the RFI documents available at www.etenders.gov.ie.
daa will be utilising the accelerated procurement procedure available under Directive 2014/25/EU for this procurement process. Due to the envisaged reduced operations at Cork Airport during 2021, this presents the Contracting Authority with an opportunity to accelerate these works to ensure minimum impact on operations and customers of Cork Airport.
