Short description
A new Advanced Building Solution which is a 3,676 sqm [gross area] two storey building consisting of offices and light industrial/ production spaces, designed to achieve LEED certification. Permission is also sought for a new site entrance, signage, new timber post and rail site boundaries, car parking, standalone ESB substation/switchroom, cycle shelter, landscaping, gas skid, underground water storage tanks and all associated site works.
The greenfield site is well serviced and is in close proximity to several existing industrial and commercial units within the IDA Park, with a variety of office and industrial uses.
The site (1.56ha) is located within the 'Waterford Knowledge Campus' zoned lands in the IDA Business and Technology Park.
