Short description
A new Advanced Building Solution which is a 3,748 sqm [gross area] two storey building consisting of offices and light industrial/ production spaces, designed to achieve LEED certification. Permission is also sought for a vehicular/ pedestrian entrance, signage, new timber post-and-rail boundaries, car parking, cycle shelters, landscaping, gas skid, underground storage tank, ESB substation, switch room, access road and all associated site works.
The greenfield site is well serviced and is in close proximity to several existing industrial and commercial units within the IDA Park, with a variety of office and industrial uses.
The site (1.24ha) is located within the 'Enterprise & Employment' zoned lands in the IDA Raheen Business Park.
