The HSE wishes to establish a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser Services for the HSE and Health Sector Organisations funded by the HSE (as set out in Appendix A).
Notwithstanding the generality of the above, the HSE expects the primary users of the framework will be the HSE and any Section 38 Body (Appendix A) including but not limited to:
 HSE community healthcare services
 HSE acute hospitals
 Tusla
The Framework is divided into 4 lots (see Appendix B for locations).
