Short description
Fingal County Council operates 2 recycling centres in its functional area; Coolmine Recycling Centre, Dublin 15 and Estuary Recycling Centre, Swords. Both recycling centres are staffed by staff members of Fingal County Council, while the waste brought by members of the public to the recycling centres is collected by private contractors. The purpose of this tender is to appoint
a contractor for services detailed below:
Lot 1: The Collection of Hazardous Household Waste from Recycling Centres for Recycling or Recovery and
Lot 2: The Collection of Non-Hazardous Household Waste from Recycling Centres for Recycling or Recovery.
The waste streams mentioned in this tender is not exhaustive and the collection of any new waste streams will be a matter for Fingal County Council to decide.
