The National Shared Services Office (NSSO) invites tenders for the provision of a SharePoint services support agreement, from which days may be drawn down as required for SharePoint Support and Development Services. The draw down may be used by the NSSO to support the local SharePoint infrastructure and application requirements, and also by other Public Bodies to support the delivery of SharePoint applications managed by the NSSO as part of the Build to Share project in line with the Public Service ICT Strategy.

The National Shared Services Office (NSSO) requires a draw down contract for support days to assist in maintaining and expanding its SharePoint infrastructure, and to assist with SharePoint application development and support.

Technical and professional ability

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:  
All candidate resources listed must have extensive knowledge and a minimum of three years’ experience developing and supporting business solutions with the 2010 or 2013 versions of SharePoint.
Candidate resources listed must include at least 2 SharePoint Developers, 1 SharePoint Architect and 1 SharePoint Administrator with significant experience with the features and administration of an on premise multi tenanted SharePoint 2013 farm.
