An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of inter alia, Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU changes)(Business as Usual) with 1 supplier for Lot 1 Primary supplier for Digital Web Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU Changes) and Lot 2 Secondary supplier for Digital Web Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU Changes) a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
Suppliers can submit for both lots; however, it must be noted that no one supplier will be awarded both lots but will be contractually obliged to work together if required.

Description of the procurement

An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of inter alia, Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU changes)(Business as Usual) with 1 supplier for :
- Lot 1 Primary supplier for Digital Web Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU Changes) and
- Lot 2 Secondary supplier for Digital Web Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU Changes) a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
Suppliers can submit for both lots; however, it must be noted that no one supplier will be awarded both lots but will be contractually obliged to work together if required.
An Post Group require the provision of Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU Changes, Business as Usual) services including, but not limited to:
• Ongoing delivery of changes to An Post.com to support campaigns, product launches, customer engagement, compliance requirements, service updates etc.
• Ongoing maintenance including bug-fixes, updates, security patching, API updates etc.
• Backlog management including prioritisation, testing, release etc.
• Small Change management including planning, budgeting, development of
new functionality, features and components as well as deployment and testing.
