SOLAS has put in place a federated Moodle infrastructure to meet the VLE (virtual learning environment) needs of the Further Education and Training (FET) sector in Ireland. SOLAS requires services to:
1. Monitor, maintain and update the federated Moodle infrastructure, while ensuring continual improvement in performance and usability
2. Design and implement seamless integration solutions to SOLAS and FET systems and maintain existing webservices integrations between these systems
3. Provide customization and reporting solutions to increase the efficiency, usability, reliability and reporting of the usage of the federated Moodle infrastructure
4. Provide efficient, responsive and robust contract management solutions and processes
5. Provide strategic expertise to SOLAS in designing and implementing solutions for online and blended learning across FET using the federated Moodle infrastructure.
6. Provide training sessions to ETB users

Description of the procurement
