The project consists of the construction of a new circa 9,480m2, Dental education and research building. The building will be primarily used as a dental school with ancillary education, research and innovation facilities including a central sterile services department, roof top plant enclosure and support service areas. The Dental building will consist of 5 storey's with a combination of dental clinical spaces, minor surgery room, a Clean Disinfection Unit (CDU), teaching spaces, laboratories, office space, toilets, changing areas, store rooms, plant rooms, external facilities / FM yard, etc.
Lot 1 comprises installation of mechanical services.
Lot 2 comprises the Installation of electrical services.
