Description of the procurement

The creation of a multi-supplier framework agreement for the delivery of Projects and ICT supports for the Department’s Service Delivery Modernisation (SDM) programmes.
The establishment of this Framework is to allow the Department to deliver its ongoing Transformation Agenda by providing:
• a high quality, proactive, personalised service to DEASP customers;
• delivery of services in a more efficient, flexible and integrated way;
• support for new work management practices and procedures;
• support to maintain and extend its implementation platforms;
• delivery of digital services and eGovernment objectives.
