Appointment of a Construction Quality Assurance consultant, to be responsible for independently validating the construction quality of the impermeable capping system and the associated material, with regard to the Kerdiffstown Landfill Remediation Project.
The CQA Consultant shall be responsible for completing a Construction Quality Assurance Validation Report for the specified engineering works for the capping system. The works will include assuring materials' quality and confirming the placement and/or compaction of materials is as per the works requirements and reporting on all works to the satisfaction of the Employer and the Environmental Protection Agency, as outlined in the EPA Landfill Site Design Manual.
