Tenders are invited from suppliers who wish to be considered for selection as the provider of specialist bakery machinery & plant to BBowes Limited t/a O’Hehir's Bakery, Sligo.
This tender is an open procedure to award a framework agreement. In accordance with this, any interested service providers or suppliers may tender for appointment as the successful framework member BBowes Ltd: t/a O’Hehir's has been trading as a successful bakery since 1988, supplying the traditional breads and cakes to customers throughout the west and north west of Ireland.
The manufacturing bakery employs over 40 staff. The directors have ambitious plans to grow the wholesale and retail business over the next five years, with exports to Northern Ireland and the UK being the main targets. We have a requirement for four pieces of specialist machinery.
