II.1.4)
Short description
The HSE invites Tenders for the provision of the Goods and Services as more particularly described in the Specification/Standards document attached at Appendix 1.
This Competition will consist of the following Lots. Tenderers may apply for one or more Lots.
Lot 1 Fibre-Optic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing System (FEES) x 2
Lot 2 Stroboscopy System x 1
Lot 1 and Lot 2 will be evaluated on a separate and independent basis so offers grouping Lots is not possible. Tenderers must indicate which Lots they wish to apply for in response to question 2.A.16 of the eESPD on the e-tenders portal. Each Lot will result in a separate Contract.
It is anticipated that there will be an initial requirement to provide the Goods and Services in Lot 1 to the HSE at The Mater Hospital and St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON) and those for Lot 2 to the Mater Hospital. However, during the Term, the HSE may require further Goods and Services at additional User Sites.
