This competition relates to the establishment of Multi Supplier Framework Agreements for Architect Led Design Team Services for the Provision of Social & Affordable Residential Developments (including associated buildings such as community facilities).
The Competition is designed as a mechanism to support the overarching objectives of Rebuilding Ireland and to facilitate Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies (Framework Clients) in the design and earliest delivery of social and affordable housing. Sites may vary from unencumbered greenfield to brownfield and town centre infill sites across the country.
