Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council invites tenders from suitably qualified applicants for the purposes of participating in a Multi Supplier Framework for Design and Build (Rapid Delivery) Housing Projects with a value of between €1million - €5million (Ex. VAT)
The duration of this Framework will be for two (2) years from the date of award of the first call-off competition contract, with the option to extend the Framework for a further 2 years.
The Framework will also be open for use to Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council and South Dublin County Council. The maximum value to be expended over the lifetime of this framework is One Hundred Million Euro (€100,000,000 Ex. VAT).

Description of the procurement

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council invites tenders from suitably qualified applicants for the purposes of participating in a Multi Supplier Framework for Design and Build (Rapid Delivery) Housing Projects with a value of between €1million - €5million (Ex. VAT) as further described in this Framework Information Document (FID) and the tender documentation in relation to the Rockville Project.
The duration of this Framework will be for two (2) years from the date of award of the first call-off competition contract, with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council reserving the right to extend the Framework for a further 2 years thereafter (to be done by 2 x 12-month extensions).
As well as Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, this Multi Supplier Framework will be open for use to Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council and South Dublin County Council. The maximum value (combined total of all four local authorities over the maximum four-year lifetime of the Framework) to be expended over the lifetime of this framework is One Hundred Million Euro (€100,000,000 Ex. VAT).
