Description of the procurement

In summary, the Services comprise of a ‘on-premises’ Hadoop-based Data Hub, including:
• Design, install and testing of Linux OS (RedHat Enterprise Linux Server) on ‘on-premises’ hardware
• Design, install and testing of Hadoop environment based on Cloudera CDP Data Center on ‘on-premises’ hardware, including the following capabilities:
o Data Hub, Data Warehouse and Data Mart
o Machine Learning and Data Engineering Components (Spark)
o Data Lineage
o Auditing, Logs and Reporting
o Data Catalog
o Platform Management Console (Cloudera Manager)
• Integration of Platform (Linux OS and Cloudera CDP) with CSO Active Directory and MS Windows domain
• Design, install and integrate platform (Linux OS and Cloudera CDP) security
• Support Hadoop (Cloudera CDP) platform integration with 3rd party analytical solutions (SAS, R)
• Initial support and maintenance of platform (Linux OS and Cloudera CDP)
• Provision of Linux OS (RedHat Enterprise) licences (covering 1 year, 8 servers)
• Provision of Hadoop (Cloudera CDP) licences (covering 1 year, 8 nodes)
