Short description

UCD Residences incorporates over 3,000 beds over 5 different complexes situated on the Belfield Campus and the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business in Blackrock. The accommodation comprises apartments with single bedrooms and shared common spaces. Apartments have mainly 4, 6 or 12 bedrooms, some complexes have ensuite rooms while others have shared bathroom facilities. UCD wishes to establish a framework agreement from which contracts will be awarded for the provision of furniture for the student residences on campus.
