The Learning and Development Team in TII is committed to creating an environment which drives high performance and provides continuous learning opportunities for employees. To assist with staff development over the coming 4 years, TII is now inviting tenders from suitably experienced, qualified and reputed companies to provide a range of learning and development training and support services through a combination of traditional classroom and virtual settings. Services would include but not be limited to the following areas:

Description of the procurement

The mission of TII is to provide high quality transport infrastructure and services, delivering a better quality of life and supporting economic growth. TII is funded by a number of national and European bodies within a strategic context. As recipients of public funding, we are highly accountable for ensuring we are continuously delivering value to our stakeholders and customers.
Our Vision is:

TII currently employs c275 employees, most of whom are based in its Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 offices. The remainder are regionally or site based.

TII will not be liable for any participant’s costs arising in connection with participating in the competition, irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or if the competition is cancelled or postponed.

(iii) procure the contract by other means,
