Short description

Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)), wish to engage a suitably qualified provider of ICT managed services to support and maintain the core ICT infrastructure of the organisation, including all server, network, desktop and mobile systems/devices within the Board, and to ensure that the infrastructure remains fully functional and available.
The maintenance and support services being sought will cover a range of networked computer hardware/software devices and components that, collectively, form the core of NMBI’s ICT infrastructure. The infrastructure is located in both NMBI’s primary office at Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin and at its Disaster Recovery Site in the Data Centre of the Revenue Commissioners at John’s Road, Dublin 8.
It is anticipated that the contract awarded as a result of this tender will commence in October 2020.

Description of the procurement
