Short description
the Services shall be delivered by a single Consultant comprising Package 1 – Stock Condition Survey (SCS) Programme of circa 2,300 units led by a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy e.g. (Project Management, Building Surveying, Architectural, Engineering, Quantity Surveying).
Package 2 – Deep Retrofit Programme of circa 150 units (and possibly a further circa 100 units at a later stage which will form part of this contract at pro rata tendered rates) with the Design and Construction Management undertaken by a suitably qualified and experienced Integrated Design Team comprising: Project Manager, Design Leader and Employer’s Representative (Architect/Engineer/Building Surveyor), Civil & Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, BER Assessor, Energy Efficiency Engineer, PSDP and Assigned Certifier. The Integrated Design Team may be led by either:
a) The Project Management Consultancy, or
b) The Design Leader (Architect/Engineer/Building Surveyor)
