Short description

UCC invites responses from suitably qualified Works Contractors for the provision of works in 2 number individual Lots as follows:-
• Lot 1 -€5,000 - €250,000 exclusive of VAT for Small Works
• Lot 2 -€250,000 - €1,450,000 exclusive of VAT for Minor Works
The projects will vary in costs, complexity and programme duration.
Tenderers are permitted to apply for One Lot Only
This competition is to establish a multi supplier framework with a maximum of six Tenderers for each Lot (“Framework”) to whom specific assignments may be awarded in due course based on the terms of a contract (“Framework Agreement”), on a non-exclusive basis. UCC reserves the right to engage other firms from time to time.
