Daa invites all suitable and competent System Integrators, who meet the minimum criteria to register their interest to bid for this project. Daa would like to partner with a firm with experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrated with integrations to other applications & services such as payroll solutions. This partner can provide independent and objective insight and guidance on HRIS systems implementations, best in class HR Processes to maximize benefits from the platform which deliver an improved end user experience with compliance by design a clear direction on HRIS and cloud strategy issues, technology architecture, and proven experience in transferring knowledge to customer staff.
The successful System Integrator will have a strong team with extensive experience of HR technology implementations with specific methodologies / skills and a management toolkit to drive the program not only on time and budget, but in a way that will mitigate risks.
