Remote access is the first method of service delivery with on-site service reserved for addressing any hardware failure or complex issues.
The successful Lot 1 tenderer will be awarded a single supplier contract to support the Voice Infrastructure in Trinity College. The Support Vendor engineering staff will have remote access to the Trinity site via VPN to support the telephony system hardware and applications.
