Other additional information

The Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) states that the Professional Indemnity excess is €45,000 or 1.5% of turnover while the Form of Tender stated that the excess is €10,000 or 1.5% of turnover.
The correct Professional Indemnity Insurance excess is €45,000 or 1.5% of gross fee turnover, whichever is the greater to a maximum of €150,000 and the Form of Tender has been amended to reflect this with a revised Form of Tender uploaded to the eTenders website under this RFT today.
