Short description
The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single supplier framework for the Supply and Install Solar PV Solutions, and related services, to commercial and industrial customers.
The scope of the service design, procure, supply, install, commission and maintain all elements of ground-mounted and roof-mounted Solar PV projects. The projects will be located in the Republic of Ireland on commercial premises. Applicants must be able to provide the full scope of services of a solar EPC contractor, including all associated construction, balance of plant and grid connection works.

Provided that a sufficient number of Applicants are qualified to be considered for shortlisting, following application of the procedures set out in section A.9(Evaluation of PQQ responses), it is anticipated that at least the 5 highest-scored Applicants for each lot will be shortlisted and invited to proceed to the next stage of the procurement process.
