Description of the procurement
There are currently 35 listed network printers & MFD’s and 1 plotter operating in the NRH of which 32 are covered under two managed print contracts.
The largest grouping is of 30 Xerox printers * MFD under contract with Supplier A, two Konica Minolta MFDs supplied under contract with Supplier B and 4 printers & 1 plotter which are not under contract.
The current breakdown of models is below:
• 4 * Xerox Phaser 3250 (Supplier A)
• 1 * Xerox Phaser 3600 (Supplier A)
• 7 * Xerox 6400 (Supplier A, *9 under contract)
• 9 * Xerox 7435 (Supplier A)
• 7 * Xerox 7535 (Supplier A)
• 1 * Konica Minolta C454e (Supplier B)
• 1 * Konica Minolta Bizhub C3351 (Supplier B)
• 1 * HP DesignJet T520 24in (No Contract)
• 1 * Brother DCP-9020CDCW (No Contract)
• 1 * HP LJ P2015DN (No Contract)
• 1 * HP LJ P2055x (No Contract)
It is envisaged that over the next 12 months that up to twelve new MFDs will be required in for the proposed new development, in addition to what is currently in use.
