Short description

Gas Networks Ireland are currently procuring national Network Services & Works contracts. The national Network Services and Works contracts are divided into two (2) separate Lots, with each Lot awarded separately:
Lot 1: PE and Metering
Lot 2: System Operations & Ancillary Services
These Contracts will be term contracts for a duration of three years with two options to extend by a period of twelve months up to five years in total.
It is expected that these national Network Services and Works Contractors will require large numbers of sub-contractors to supplement their own resources.
The purpose of this PIN Notice is to establish a list of sub-contractors that Network Services and Works Contractors may choose to appoint over the duration of the project.

This PIN notice will give sub-contractors an opportunity to provide information on their capabilities to the Network Services and Works Contractors. The selection of sub-contractors from this list will be at the discretion of the Network Services and Works Contractors.
A process for the establishment of the national Network Services and Works Contractors is being run under a separate Notice (tender reference 19/120).
GNI will have no involvement in any agreement made between subcontractors and the successful Contractors.

Ervia on behalf of GNI wishes to invite expressions of interest for ‘20/034 - Provision of Network Services & Works Contract to GNI Sub Contractor List. To register your interest please return a copy of the responses to the Pin Documents - 20-34 Subcontractor List EOI v1.1 & 20-034 Subcontractor EOI Application v1.0 using the eTenders messaging facility before 12:00hrs (local time) Tuesday 14th April 2020 with the tender reference number and tender title in the subject line of the message.
It is the intention to include the details provided in response to this EOI with the national Network Services and Works tender documents.
It is further the intention to complete the procurement of the national Network Services and Works contracts during 2020 with an award in Q1 2021.
