Description of the procurement

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin invites suitably qualified works contractors to pre-qualify for the Works Contract (including other services). The projects concerns the construction works located at the University’s city centre campus. The contracting Authority intends to invite 6 candidates to tender, please note that the contracting authority reserves the right to invite at least 6, subject to the number qualifying.
The purpose of the E3 Learning Foundry Project is to develop the first phase of a new institute for interdisciplinary study and research into Engineering, Energy and the Environment, the E3 Learning Foundry. The E3 Learning Foundry is located within the campus of Trinity College Dublin and envisages the co‐location of teaching and learning activities for the three schools of Engineering, Computer Science and Natural Science. The building will be 7,288m2 across six floors above a single storey basement, with 6,760 m2 of teaching space.
The E3 building will be located on the site of the old Biochemistry building, Roberts Lab and Anatomy Annexe, and is in close proximity to the Trinity Anatomy Building which includes the Anatomy Department dissection hall.
The pre-qualification quantitative and qualitative short-listing criteria are wholly described within the tender document set. i.e. SAQ and Project Information Memorandum, separately attached. Responses must be submitted via the electronic postbox available on www.etenders.gov.ie by the response deadline. Only responses submitted to the electronic postbox will be accepted. Responses submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted.

Registration is free of charge. The contracting authority will not accept responsibility for information relayed (or not relayed) via third parties;
