Short description

This tender competition is for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of temporary prefabricated accommodation for eight (8) new start up school projects to be ready for occupation by August 2020. The contract includes for all ground/civil works associated with the setting up of the new interim school accommodation. There are 4 Primary Schools and 4 Post Primary Schools located in counties Dublin, Cork and Meath. The new start-up schools will be located in the interim school accommodation (temporary prefabricated modular buildings) for circa three years, while each school's new permanent accommodation is being delivered. The eight schools are sub-divided into three (3) Lots with each Lot representing a separate tender competition. Interested Contractors may tender for one or more Lots, however a Contractor may be awarded a maximum of one Lot. Further information is included in the enclosed Tender Documentation.
